Ms. Idan Chiang designs with soul, blending art, sociology, and elegance to reflect the intimate relationship between people and their living spaces. This unique philosophy has led L’atelier Fantasia to receive the Luxury Lifestyle Awards 2025 for Best Luxury Apartment Interior Design in Taiwan for its visionary project, Luminous Flow: A Therapeutic Realm.
Located on the 25th floor of the iconic One Park Taipei, designed by Pritzker Prize-winning architect Richard Rogers and royal-appointed designer Kelly Hoppen, Luminous Flow transforms a high-rise apartment into a sanctuary of sensory wellness. Originally completed in 2018 and renovated in early 2025, the space now features a panoramic balcony installation that incorporates chromotherapy, aquatic visuals, and eco-conscious materials to promote emotional restoration.
Among its standout features are an emotion-responsive lighting system in shades of blue, green, and violet, and a custom wraparound aquarium that doubles as a therapeutic light source. Floor-to-ceiling visibility creates a continuous connection between the installation and the living area, while certified sustainable fixtures ensure environmental responsibility and design excellence.
Through this project, L’atelier Fantasia reimagines what urban living can be when thoughtful design meets mindful living.
